When Bad Moms co-stars Mila Kunis and Christina Applegate stopped by The Late Late Show this past Monday, host James Corden surprised them with a disgustingly entertaining new game: "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts."

The segment opened on the three stars seated around a table laid with gross food. Corden then explained that they would each take turns asking one another questions. Respondents could either answer the potentially embarrassing questions (the Spill) or opt out in favor of eating one of the repulsive food items (the Fill).

These items included such delectable treats as ghost pepper hot sauce, cow tongue, sardines, pickle juice, soy sauce and mayonnaise, grasshoppers, calf's brain and clam juice.

To get the game going, Corden spun the lazy Susan around to place the clam juice in front of Kunis. He then asked, "Ashton Kutcher: carrot stick or beer can?"

Flustered, Kunis debated whether or not to comment on her husband's penis. As she stalled, Applegate whispered, "Just answer the question."

After a moment, Kunis asked, "I have to have one or the other?," to which Applegate replied, "Oh, Mila!"
