Miley Cyrus And Laura Jane Grace Perform "True Trans Soul Rebel"

Miley Cyrus graced us with another song in her Backyard Sessions series, coinciding with the launch of Cyrus's Happy Hippie Foundation, which services homeless and LGBT youth.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer teamed up with Laura Jane Grace on "True Trans Soul Rebel," a song written and original performed by Grace, the trans rocker who front's Against Me!.

It's a rollicking performance, with Grace's beautiful vocals leading the way and Against Me! drummer Atom Willard providing accompaniment.

Cyrus previously teamed with Joan Jett on "Different" and with Grace on the Replacement's "Androgynous."

While many celebs voice their support for LGBT equality, Cyrus is putting action behind her words: Happy Hippie's first donation to My Friend's Place, a homeless LGBT youth center in L.A., provided hundreds with food, clean clothing, and other essentials.

Below, watch Cyrus and Laura Jane Grace singing "True Trans Soul Rebel."
