Miley Cyrus decided to make a point about shocking VMA looks by dressing up in Lil' Kim's boob-bearing getup from the 1999 MTV VMAs for Halloween.
Miley got it right with everything from the purple wig and outfit to the little pasty.
Thank heavens she was smart enough not to do blackface like Julianne Hough or the designers at Milan's Disco Africa Halloween. Now let's just hope the Don Diva doesn't get angry and reign vengeance on her.
