Cyrus announced her new gig in a hilarious Instagram post late last night.

While the superstar and staunch LGBT advocate  won't be able to perform (ugh), we are confident she's going to figure out some ways to shock boring people who already view her as cultural enemy #1.

Just how, exactly? Let's speculate.

Her signature twerk? We think even Miley has matured from her twerking days, but hopefully we'll get one or two jiggles.

Tongue power? 100% likely.

A celebration of gender and sexual fluidity?! Hopefully!
