17-year-old Lindsey Wixson has only been modeling for two years, but she is already one of the biggest names in the industry. At the tender age of 15, the Kansas native attempted to get a contract with IMG, who rejected her, before signing with Marilyn. She was shooting for Vogue Italia with Steven Miesel in just months.
From there, Lindsey landed the job every model dreams of — the Prada exclusive. And she followed that up with a Miu Miu exclusive in Paris, going on to become the face of the brand for Spring 2010. Editorials in W, V, LOVE and every Vogue soon followed for the gap-toothed beauty, as well as a fragrance contract with Versace Vanitas.
This season Lindsey is the face of Mulberry and Just Cavalli and graced the cover of the first issue of Style.com Magazine. She has also become one of famed photographer Terry Richardson’s muses, frequently making appearances on his site Terry’s Diary. And is rumored to be dating the Theo Wenner, the 24-year-old photographer son of Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner.
