Erstwhile daytime soap actress Moira Rose is mounting a comeback with the third installment of the horror franchise The Crows Have Eyes. At least that's the story in this season of Schitt's Creek, in which Moira (the divine Catherine O'Hara) is starring in the straight-to-Interflix movie.

Last season, Moira went off to Bosnia to film The Crows Have Eyes 3: The Crowening, which was set to become a disasterpiece due to its apathetic director. But thanks to Moira's unrelenting can-do spirit, the film might just be… all right. Maybe.

Schitt's Creek co-creator Dan Levy (who also plays Moira's son, David) shared the trailer for the fake movie on Instagram, and naturally Moira and her wigs are the best damn part about it.

Moira's delivery of the line "Those are birds!" is already some of the best acting this year. It's probably a lot to ask, but if they made an entire fake movie and not just a trailer… well, we smell awards.

Next week's episode teases a movie-premiere event, and we can't wait to see what red carpet lewks Moira turns out. Billy Porter better watch his back.
