MTV Shows Its LGBT Pride With "MTV's Proudest Moments"

From "The Real World" to "Teen Wolf," MTV has been there with us all along.

MTV is celebrating Pride on Saturday at noon with MTV's Proudest Moments, which looks back on the network's groundbreaking coverage of the LGBT community—from The Real World's Pedro Zamora to Lady Gaga protesting Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell on the VMAs red carpet.

During the half-hour special, Laverne Cox, Jazz Jennings, Mary Lambert, Wilson Cruz, Andrew Rannells and others will discuss the impact MTV had on them, and former members of The Real World and True Life casts will share where they are today.

Online, the digital series No ID Required explores sexual orientation and gender identity, launches on Monday, June 6, on MTV.com and MTV's Snapchat Discover. The series will give voice to five young people with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations, including teens who identify as queer and gender non-conforming.

On Logo, we're inviting you to "Show Us Your Pride" by submitting a photo or video depicting what pride means to you. Upload it to Twitter, Instagram or Vine tagged with #ShowYourPride and @LogoTV.

MTV’s Proudest Moments debuts Saturday, June 4, at noon.
