Curbed DC is reporting on a guy in the Nation's Capital who posted a Craigslist ad for naked male roommate:

Want to live in a penthouse in chinatown for basically free ($1/month rent to make lease legal)? Then read on. I'm a male looking for another male (straight or bisexual w/girlfriend prefered, but masc gay is cool too) to be my naked roommate. Sounds crazy, but this is for real. You should be 26 or younger and very attractive. Arraignment would be mostly "looking" but some "touching" will be required (how much/often is negotiable).

Housing laws differ by city, but we have to believe limiting roommate invitation to "attractive" and "younger" applicants would run you afoul of the law.  The Huffington Post reached out to attorney Dorene Haney for some clarification.  "I don't think the nudity is illegal, but I don't know if a court would enforce that part of the agreement either," advises Haney. The part about "touching," though could be construed as prostitution.

We know people who have done much, much worse for a sweet pad.
