Neon Hitch Covers Kreayshawn’s "Gucci Gucci," Hits Fire Island For Labor Day Weekend!

Neon Hitch serves some snarl at Machine in Boston earlier this month.
It’s been a busy summer for all of us. But it’s been hella crazy for DJ/pop-diva-rising Neon Hitch, who just wrapped up a big fat gay club tour last that took her all over the U.S. And the emerging pop phenom has released her EP Bad Dog, as well as fun slew of cover songs/videos to further display her sassy versatility.

Yesterday she posted a video of her sly cover take on Kreayshawn’s “Gucci Gucci.” And it’s hot… Those whacked-out folks selling bags on the street never looked so fierce!

This cover comes after her boardroom-gone-wild video take on Mac Miller’s “Donald Trump” from about a week ago, and that one followed her cover of Wiz Khalifa’s “On My Level” about a month ago. Like I said, she’s busy.

Somehow, this Saturday afternoon (Sept. 3) the British talent will find time to hop on a ferry and cruise out to Fire Island Pines to perform at a fab “Labor of Love” benefit for Housing Works, with proceeds specifically going to aid its Brooklyn-based outreach program targeting homeless youth living with HIV or at risk of infection. Get more details at Get your tickets and plan your beach trip now!!! It’s for a fierce cause.

After the jump, watch Neon Hitch’s “Donald Trump,” as well as her cover of Wiz Khalifa’s “On My Level.”

Ms. Hitch gets cute with former “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi at this past spring’s NewNowNext Awards in L.A.

Maybe Neon Hitch’s Fire Island trip will look something like this???

Random factoid: At one time a few years back, Hitch and Amy Winehouse were roommates in London. Madness, eh?
