The series created by Marta Kauffman and Howard J. Morris, debuted on the streaming service earlier this month to critical praise. Though at first adversaries, the two ladies learn to lean on each other even as they discover their independence.

Season Two will debut some time in 2016, according to Variety.

“Let me say, it’s so awesome to do a show on Netflix,” said Kauffman, who came to prominence as the co-creator of Friends. “Because two-and-a-half weeks after we launched, Miley Cyrus does a tweet about your show, and they call and say, ‘We’d like to do a Season Two.’ So yes, there is a season two. We have [ Netflix chief content officer] Ted [Sarandos] and Miley to thank.”

Thanks, Miley!
