Leonardo DiCaprio in “J. Edgar”
The trailer for the upcoming J. Edgar Hoover biopic “J. Edgar” was released today, and it looks really good! By “it” I mean the film, as well as Armie Hammer. The Clint Eastwood-directed picture which focuses on the life of the man who was instrumental in creating the FBI was penned by Milk author, Dustin Lance Black.
In addition to Hoover’s work fighting crime and contributions to modern police work such as the national fingerprint database, the film also promises to delve in Hoover’s rumored homosexual relationship with his aide Clyde Tolson. (played by Hammer)
“I want you to be my number two man” may prove to be the pick up line of awards season in more ways than one. Am I right, DiCaprio fans?
