Keith Bulluck, ex-linebacker for the Tennessee Titans, was arrested late Saturday night after he allegedly assaulted a cabdriver outside a Nashville gay bar.

WKRN-TV reports Bulluck was taken into custody 3am Sunday morning, following an altercation outside Blue Genes on Church Street, home to some of Nashville's finest homosexual watering holes.

According to cab driver Habib Hashi, Bulluck walked out of the bar and approached him for a ride. When Hashi explained he already had a fare the former NFLer reportedly saw red—grabbing the Hashi by the shirt, assaulting him and stealing $100 before fleeing the scene. Bulluck was later apprehended by police, who found him hanging out across the street.

A commentator at the Titans preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday night, Bulluck may have been drunk during the fracas. There may also be some question as to Hashi's truthfulness—he's been cited for filing false crime reports before.
