NFL Players Adorably Braid Their Daughters' Hair To Build Self-Confidence

A real man can pull off a ballerina bun no problem.

Pantene is suddenly a hot new contender for the coveted title of this year's best Super Bowl ad with the rollout of the "Dad-Do" campaign.

The series of videos feature some stars from the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos picking up a few tips on hair braiding before they battle it out on the field in San Francisco this Sunday.

Perched in the hot seat are their adorable adolescent daughters, who may not be thrilled with their less-than-perfect 'dos but are more than happy to be spending some quality time with daddy. Awww!

The series serves to strengthen Pantene's "Strong Is Beautiful" campaign, which aims to build the self-confidence of young girls.

"Research shows that quality time spent with dads is key in raising daughters who are more self-confident, self-reliant and more successful in school and in their careers," Pantene said in a press release.

Procter & Gamble VP Jodi Allen added: "We hope our new series of how-to videos shows dads how easy and fun it can be to spend quality time with their daughters by doing their hair. The quality time spent with their daughters now will foster the next generation of strong and beautiful women."

So how do the NFL's DeAngelo Williams, Jason Witten, and Benjamin Watson measure up in the hair department? Check it out below.
