Niall Horan wants you to dance like no one's watching.

This week the former One Directioner released an alternate video for "No Judgement," the latest single off his new sophomore album, Heartbreak Weather.

Horan sits this one out and puts a spotlight on 4-year-old ballet dancer Brody Schaffer, also known as viral sensation “Boss Baby Brody,” who can often be seen on Instagram dancing in gender nonconforming attire.

Directed by Kanya McMahon, the video shows the freedom of gender-neutral playtime with Brody and his family having a dress-up dance party—complete with makeup, jewelry, fancy hats, and a princess dress—as Horan sings about being yourself.

"We are crying at Boss Baby’s house!" Brody's mother, Dani Schaffer, wrote on Instagram. "To be part of @niallhoran's new video was quite the honor and this song couldn’t be more perfect for our pure and talented, innocent little fella!"

"Let’s stop judging each other, life isn’t about that," Horan wrote on social media. "Go and dance like no one is watching."
