"You just feel better when you put nutrition into your daily life."

Nick Jonas’ biceps are getting more massive each day, and he’s showing them off once again in the December 2016 issue of Men’s Fitness.

In a behind-the-scenes clip from his cover shoot, the 24-year-old pop star repeatedly flexes and swings a bat while discussing his demanding workout routine and how he manages it as a Type 1 diabetic.

“I think the way I stay in shape when I can’t get in the gym all the time is just trying to make healthier choices when it comes to diet,” he said.

“Being on the road, being on set, it’s just about choosing the healthier option that I have and doing my best to get it in when I can. Even just a hotel room quick workout is worth it.”

He added: “I try to be pretty healthy when it comes to what I eat for two reasons: Because I love being fit and fitness as a whole, but also, I’m a Type 1 diabetic, so I have to be extra conscious.”
