Nicole Kidman's Frozen Face Moves Not Once In Trailer For "The Railway Man": WATCH

Nicole Kidman, that Aussie stunner and Academy Award winner who was once married to a man who was born out of a volcano and actually enjoyed the film Battlefield Earth, is up in Toronto this week, premiering her new film The Railway Man, a harrowing drama in which she stars opposite Mr. Darcy himself, Colin Firth. And early reviews are pretty good for the film, and the actors, especially newcomer Hiroyuki Sanada and Brit Jeremy Irvine, so we were excited to check out the trailer for the film when it was released today.

And then we saw Nicole Kidman's face. Or, perhaps we should say, face-like facsimile, because we have never seen anything like this before on an actual human being.

Now, to be fair, Miss Kidman has been very open about her use of Botox around the time this movie was filming, and she looks gorgeous, but good god that face is frozen. It literally looks like a bass drum. It is so oddly entrancing that we can't even really tell you what the trailer or movie is about, as the entire time we just kept starring, waiting, almost praying that at some point there would be any movement on the 47-year-old's mug.

Spoiler alert! There is not.

But take a look for yourself above and see if you can spot any movement on Nikki's gorgeous alabaster skin. Maybe a hint of a crow's foot. A slight a smile line. Perhaps a forehead wrinkle. Anything at all, really.
