Logo's Trailblazers special on June 26 will honor some of the pioneers who've made a major impact on the struggle for national LGBT equality. But it's also about honoring the trailblazers in our own backyards: Logo is inviting fans to submit videos and photos about the friends, family and local leaders who are Hometown Trailblazers.

It could be a neighbor working to get workplace protections for LGBT people in your community, a student starting a Gay-Straight Alliance at their school, or even a clergy member who spoke in favor of marriage equality from the pulpit.

Five nominees will have their stories featured on the Trailblazers website—and one lucky Hometown Trailblazer will win a trip with their nominator to the Trailblazers ceremony in New York.
