Welcome to the The Shops At Target, a retail concept coming to your local Target store this spring. The start of what will be a continuing program, the big box retailer will partner directly with specialty stores and boutiques to co-create affordable, limited-edition collections . It'll be like a fun little shopping adventure, with the following five stores included in the debut of this new retail concept:
