Pretty glitter!
File this under “f**king amazing”. Rick Santorum got glitter-bombed in South Carolina this weekend, by students from the College of Charleston, also affiliated with Occupy Charleston. Who says the South has no liberals?
Santorum inhaled a face full of glitter while signing autographs after his post-primary speech. Students chanted “You’re a bigot” and “You hate gays,” referring to Rick’s anti gay marriage stance.
Apparently this glitter-bombing is a thing now – have I been living under a not-so-fabulous rock? – and Newt Gingrich and ever-darling Michele Bachmann have also been subjected to it.
Some people protest with violence, some with glitter.
Next up — Lasso-ing Republican candidates with hot pink boas.
