Madonna's got the whole planet in her hands now ... and she's rubbing her booty up on it! Damn, I still love her! I'm sure this isn't true, but she doesn't even look that outrageously Photoshop-ed to me ... hotness.

Madge apparently worked with Steven Meisel, the photographer behind her sex book - remember that? - for her upcoming VF spread.

And I know I complained about the Hard Candy cover art, but I actually think this teaser commercial for the album is totally brilliant and racy!  ...

Oh, Snap! GLAAD Media Awards in NYC Red Carpet Pictures!

This past week, West Coast-ers played host for the HRC Gala, but last night, not to be outdone, New York welcomed its own wonderfully pro-gay event: the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards - one of them, anyway. And it was a pretty ... attractive evening, judging from these red carpet photos.

Here we have Law & Order's Mariska Hargitay and Xanadu on Broadway's Cheyenne Jackson. I hope Mariska is asking if she can touch Cheyenne's rippling thighs. I mean, that's what I would do if I ever met him...

Oh, Snap! Gay Celebrities Come Out for HRC Gala in L.A.!

The Human Rights Campaign Gala in Los Angeles played host to lovely gay and gay-loving celebrities Saturday - including Anne Hathaway, here with HRC president, Joe Solmonese. As if The Devil Wears Prada and her open love for her gay brother didn't give Anne enough gay cred - check out Queerty's interview with Anne Hathaway. She comments on that hateful Sally Kern and her first exposure to anti-gay sentiments...

"...around middle school, when people start throwing around things like 'Gay,' or 'You’re so gay' or 'You’re a faggot.' And I remember not understanding what they were trying to say by that and being weirded out by people who would say things like that. I would always speak up and people would usually tell me to 'lighten up,' but I still don’t think that’s the right attitude to take.

And what's this? Nia Vardalos from My Big Fat Greek Wedding? Wonderful! And lesbian Top Chef Cat Cora ... I loved her back in her Melting Pot Food Network days. What a night!

Oh, Snap! Tilda Swinton Does OUT Magazine Cover!

Via Boy Culture, get a load of Oscar-winner Tilda Swinton on the cover of OUT! Jeez, could we be any more obsessed with her lately? (John Polly even named her his Movie Actress He Might Swing For.)

The always gay-friendly actress - she did many movies with late, gay director Derek Jarman - spoke with the mag (before her Oscar win) for its April transgender issue. She said although she values much about her upbringing...

"I had to make a departure very, very early, and maybe that's the real key to why I feel very much at home in the gay community."

Oh, Snap! Colin Farrell Looks Hot 'n Dirty in GQ

I read this morning In Bruges actor Colin Farrell struck out with a model at Rose Bar in NYC ... tragic! Don't do that to my Colin! Well, at least there's his new spread in GQ. Yeah, Colin kind of has that Lindsay Lohan thing - naturally very hot, but I'd definitely make him shower and brush his teeth first ... and then smother himself in honey.

Colin spoke to GQ about his role in In Bruges and his rough times pre-rehab. And you probably know this, but the Irishman is gay-friendly: He played a bisexual guy in A Home at the End of the World, and he's going to be the best man at his gay brother's wedding!

Oh, Snap! Shockwaves NME Awards 2008 Pictures and Winners

NME held its annual Shockwaves awards show Thursday - complete with the middle-finger statuettes - and Arctic Monkeys pretty much cleaned up, beating out Babyshambles, The Cribs, Klaxons and Muse for Best British Band. The little guys also took Best Track for "Fluorescent Adolescent" and Best Video for "Teddy Picker."

Oh, Snap! Gossip Girl Guys Do OUT Magazine Cover!

Well, OK - this just made my morning. I had no idea the Gossip Girl boys let OUT mag turn them into complete eye-candy for the gays. I kind of have a thing for the not-cute one, Ed Westwick (left); although Chace Crawford (center) lookin' all brooding is hard to resist - damn, Carrie Underwood! - and of course the hotness that is Penn Badgley (right) speaks for itself.

Penn even told E! Online he'd like it if The CW made his character, Dan Humphrey, gay, as he is in the Gossip Girl novels. What a man! ... Oh, wait - he's like 19...

The new issue of Vanity Fair will feature a totally-cool spread called "Hollywood Portfolio: Hitchcock Classics," for which contemporary movie stars recreate old Hitchcock movie posters. Of course, Charlize Theron and Javier Bardem are my faves in Dial M for Murder and Rear Window, respectively; and Naomi Watts wuuurks as Tippi Hedren in Marnie.

Scarlett Johansson snuck in with Javier somehow; and Scar-Jo's been getting awfully close with that man-hunk lately: She, Javier and Javier's lucky-ass girlfriend, Penelope Cruz, will have an "extremely erotic" threesome in the Woody Allen movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Oh, my! Private viewing?

I dig Kevin Zegers' look; he's like Jared Leto but actually attractive. ... In case you don't know who Kevin is - not that this picture doesn't have merit in itself - he played Felicity Huffman's hustler son Toby in Transamerica. Kevin also appeared on the cover of OUT magazine in '06.

Well, models have no problem replicating Amy Winehouse's skeletal hands and knees - not to mention the smoking - right? I actually saw these pictures from a spread in French Vogue via Ohnotheydidnt a little while back, but then I found another picture from Italian designer Frankie Morrello with a similar Amy Winehouse-esque model!

Is the Wino look a trend? Red bras, beehive hair and - uh - disorientation? I guess Michael Kors isn't the only designer who likes her style!

Oh, Snap! It's the America's Next Top Model Cycle 10 Girls!

Ooh, I'm feeling this gender-bending theme for the America's Next Top Model Cycle 10 promo photo. Well, kind of gender-bending, anyway; that one on the far left looks like a total drag queen. I love it!

Yes, ANTM has become a complete joke, but I still watch it; I think it's the sound of Tyra's voice or something. The gay in me just answers her call. ... Anyway, Season 10 premieres February 10, and I will say, it'll have two big improvements: It's in New York instead of L.A., and they got rid of Twiggy! (Paulina Porizkova will take over.)

Now I understand why flight attendants say "de-planing" instead of "getting off." Or maybe I don't; this ad confuses me.

Well, thanks to Radar's upcoming issue, there are many more penis-joke ads where that came from! According to Radar's reporting (I don't have time for such things), "last year, more than 180 Fortune 500 companies hawked their wares in gay publications," and I guess they're speaking to their audience?

For a piece called The Continuing Adventures of Tim and Johnny, the January  issue of Details conducted a Q&A with Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, who's starring in Tim's latest movie, Sweeney Todd.

Oh, Snap! Lily Allen on the Cover of January's GQ (Britain)!

Damn, Lily! Now MySpace about it! The Daily Mail reports Lily Allen lost 19 pounds in six weeks after doctors diagnosed a heart murmur in the 22-year-old singer.

The pub also had this to say, regarding her feature in GQ:

"[Lily] explains how many of her high profile feuds - she has rowed with the members of Girls Aloud among others - were fueled by insecurities about her appearance...She told the magazine...'I felt like, 'Oh God, I'm short, fat, ugly...and I hate all these people who flaunt their beauty.'"

Hmm! I feel like someone is doing Lily a disservice by saying all of her music-industry smack-talk stemmed from her insecurity about the way she looked. I'll have to read this GQ article when it comes out for a little more context.

But the picture looks hot, and (not that I know what I'm talking about) it seems less photoshopped than her Provocateur pictures, no?

The upcoming issue of Esquire magazine is making the Internet rounds, and, even though I haven't seen all of these movies, it's a fantastic cover. P.S. Cate, you've been on every magazine lately, huh?

So, these folks are...Denzel Washington in American Gangster, (I saw that one! He was the best part of it.) Robert Downey Jr. in Zodiac (good too!), Jake Gyllenhaal in Rendition, Emile Hirsch in Into The Wild, Javier Bardem in No Country for Old Men, (I need to see that.) and Cate Blanchett in I’m Not There.

Oh, Snap! American Music Awards Funky Red Carpet Dresses!

As y'all probably know, the American Music Awards were last night (you can check the winners on that link), and besides super-high-budget performances, the only reason I'm into those long-ass shows are the crazy red carpet dresses.

I'd say Carrie Underwood and Rihanna had the most...unusual ones, no? I still can't decide if I like either of them. I know the "whole point" of Carrie's dress is that neck thing, but it's kind of frump for someone so young...and Rihanna looks like a really high-end, futuristic dominatrix. Well, that's actually pretty hot.

But I did like Nicole Scherzinger's dress! It was fun and not costume-y. Now if only she'd come out with that damn CD!

Oh, Snap! The Spice Girls Perform at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show!

The Spice Girls (whose comeback has disappointed, for the most part) made their reunion TV debut last night at the 2007 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Hollywood...and looked pretty great, actually. (The show will air on CBS December 4.)At least someone put some clothes on Ginger this time.

And of course, Heidi was there in all her kooky, German glory. But does anyone else miss Tyra? (Not that she isn't on TV enough...)

Oh, Snap! KT Tunstall, Ben Stiller, Kathy Griffin and Sarah Silverman at the WGA Strike!

Fantastic singer (and lesbian favorite) KT Tunstall joined in on the Writer's Guild of America picketing yesterday...and sung a few songs while she was there! This crew of protesters was outside Walt Disney Studios.

Oh, Snap! Mika and Celine Dion Win Big at the World Music Awards!

The World Music Awards, which honors musicians based on their worldwide sales, gave out its 2007 statues November 4 in Monaco...and guess who cleaned up?

That high-pitched, I'm-too-good-to-talk-about-whether-or-not-I'm-gay British pop-ster, Mika! The singer's awards included World's Best Selling Pop Male Artist, World's Best Selling Pop/Rock Male Artist (never thought I'd hear "rock" and "Mika" in the same sentence) and World's Best Selling New Artist .

And the lovely Canadian gay icon Celine Dion (whose new album, Taking Chances, is due November 13) took home the 'Legend' award. Damn right.

Oh, Snap! The B-52s Rock Halloween-ers in NYC!

I can't imagine a better way to spend Halloween than with the B-52s...even if I was a tad ignorant of their work going into their concert. (The only B-52s songs I knew were "Rock Lobster" and "Love Shack," but...who doesn't, right?)

After their show last night at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC, though, I considered myself a newly-born B-52s fan! (And a fan of DJ Johnny Dynell; he was working me, too.)

Cindy Wilson, Fred Schneider and Kate Pierson rocked the costumed crowd (the "Rock Lobster" encore had everyone freaking out), and their vocals, along with their funky, exciting and quirky beats, were just amazing!

I now love "Mesopotamia," which felt strangely relevant considering it came out in 1982, as well as a few new tracks from their upcoming album, Funplex (particularly "Juliet of the Spirits). And, of course, "Love Shack" was great...love shack, bay-beeee...

Oh, Snap! More Celebrity Halloween Costumes: Ashley Takes a Bite Out of Marc!

So I was thinking about Marc Jacobs after seeing LC be a total brat to him last night on The Hills...and then I found these amazing pictures of the designer (along with his BF) at Kate Hudson's Halloween party! And not sure where MK was, but Ashley's costume is fantastic!

And Jake and Reese were also in attendance...although less photo-friendly.

Well, these might not be the crazi-est celeb costumes...(check out Paris Hilton's costume lineup)...but there were definitely some interesting choices this weekend at the Dream Halloween fund raiser for children affected by AIDS.

I've got no idea what Rumer Willis was supposed to be / thinking...and Teri's lookin' a little scary, considering there were children there. And, by the way, that's Marlee Matlin (from Children of a Lesser God) dressed as Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean...in case you needed help, as I did. Nice pose, I guess?

I kind of love Shar Jackson since seeing her win Celebrity Rap Superstar...and I'm glad I know a little more about her now beyond her role in Goodburger and her K-Fed baby drama.

And since Getty decided to follow her around yesterday - a day which included a performance at TRL in NYC - she definitely needs a post. Shar also announced that she'll soon come out with her own single called "Let It Blow."

Oh, Snap! Kylie Minogue Loves the Red Carpet at White Diamond Documentary Premiere!

Hmm - OK, Dannii can come too.

Kylie shows love for her fans like no celebrity I've seen...or maybe she just loves the red carpet like no celebrity I've seen. But she's fantastic (if you haven't seen the video for "2 Hearts," you need to catch up), and she was her usual charming self at the premiere of her behind-the-scenes documentary, White Diamond.

Kylie's personal stylist, William Baker, filmed Kylie while on tour (after her nine-month hiatus for breast cancer treatment). Sounds great, but I'm a little surprised - it's only 11-minutes long?
