Paul Ryan Relentlessly Booed At AARP, Called A Liar
Mitt Romney's hunky six pack-bearing sidekick Paul Ryan made no new old people friends speaking at AARP's National Annual Conference in New Orleans on Friday. The smirk-faced vice-presidential candidate was heartily booed after each and every lie that flew out of his face. It went something like this:
Paul Ryan: "The first step to a stronger Medicare is to repeal Obamacare."
Everyone in the audience: "BOO! LIAR!"
Ryan: "It weakens Medicare for today's seniors and puts it at risk for the next generation."
Everyone else: "BOO! LIAR! GO HOME"
Upon repeating the same tired claim that Obama gutted Medicare of $716 billion, the crowd booed some more, prompting Ryan to respond, "You don't have to take my word for it."
Okay, then. We won't.
