Perez Hilton Starring In Reality Show About Gay Dads From Producers Of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians"

Perez became a dad in February to son Mario via surrogate, and the unnamed show will follow him and other gay men, both single and partnered, as they explore the realities of fatherhood.

“Up until now people know me more for my opinions than who I am," admits Hilton. "This show will give viewers the opportunity to get to know the 'real' Perez Hilton and my family, as well as some other really dynamic gay dads, and the women that make up their support system."

Bunim/Murray chairman Jonathan Murray says he was immediately drawn to the project: "My partner and I were part of one of the first gay dads support groups in Los Angeles back in 1998. Whether it's a single dad like Perez, or married gay dads, becoming a gay parent affects your relationships with family and friends, all of which will make fascinating stories.”

The show is still being cast but we can't help but recall that Neil Patrick Harris will be in the Big Apple next year for the Broadway run of Hedwig. If David Burtka and their little angels, Gideon and Harper, are coming too, we'd say it's a no-brainer.
