The mother of Michel and Louis, Dotsie was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. At the age of 24, after her marriage to Lou Verdi ended (the one thing in life she’d truly like to forget!), Dotsie found herself a single mother of three.   She quickly learned that it's not easy to play both roles of mother and father to her kids, yet she always managed to do it with love and laughs.  After recently ending a relationship with her longtime fiancé, Dotsie decided to give California life a try.  In a new city, Dotsie is eager to get involved in one of Michel and Jay's many businesses and figure out what her next step will be. Beyond that she is passionate about cooking healthy and fresh food for her family and friends. HIDE
