Son of former Dallas Cowboy John Bomer, Matt Bomer was born in Spring Texas. He received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; after graduating, he moved to New York City shortly after graduation. Beginning his career on stage, in 2001 he landed a role in the popular daytime soap-opera All My Children as Ian Kippling. Since then, Bomer has lent his acting prowess to such shows as Tru Calling, Chuck, and has a current leading role as Neal Caffrey on USA's White Collar. Bomer is also no stranger to the silver screen, being featured in movies such as Flightplan, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, and most recently playing Ken in the male exotic dancer film Magic Mike.
