After honing her craft in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, Penny first got attention for her drag performance at a spontaneous showing at the NYC Halloween Parade Contest. After going back to her Cincinnati roots, she became a fixture on the party scene, and went on to emcee and DJ hundreds of events, and in 2009 she was crowned Miss Ohio Gay Pride.
