Budding child actress Quvenzhané 'Nazie' Wallis is a student at Honduras Elementary School in Houma, Louisiana. In an interview with USA Today, Wallis credits her two teenage brothers for making her as fearless as her character Hushpuppy in the Sundance and Cannes exalted film Beasts of the Southern Wild, which sparked her acting career at the age of six. Wallis was also a great deciding factor in her co-star Dwight Henry's casting, as she was uncomfortable with the two prior actors cast for his role as her father in Beasts. HIDE
