Jaremi Carey, a.k.a Drag Race’s Phi Phi O’Hara, dropped his debut album today—and fans are eating it up.
For Fever Heart, the All Star decided to ditch the drag and introduce the world to the man behind the makeup.
The full album continues to build upon the sound that Carey delivered with the album’s first single, “Play,” which had its accompanying music video premiere last month.
“Fever Heart is all about the levels of emotion our body goes through when in love, sad, happy or mad,” he tells NewNowNext about the album’s name. “You’re always love sick when you are truly in love. ”
Carey tells South Florida Gay News the album is more than just dance music.
“Is a little R&B and soul, which I love. There is a decent amount of real chill type music.”
The video for the second single, “All Mine,” is out today, as well.
Fever Heart is available on iTunes now.
