Ever wondered how many of your followers on Twitter have fake accounts, or just has their account watching paint dry and collecting cobwebs? Well Fakers is a new online app that allows you to see the percentage of fake and inactive followers that avid tweeters may have.

I'm going to take this a step further and inquire how many fake followers does some of our favorite celebs in pop culture, and even our President has? Let's look at our Top 10 below:

  • @BarackObama - 33% Fake; 38% Inactive; 29% Good (out of 19 Million+ followers)

  • @britneyspears - 32% Fake; 41% Inactive; 27% Good (out of 19 Million+ followers)

  • @rihanna - 32% Fake; 37% Inactive; 30% Good (out of 24 Million+ followers)

  • @Pink - 31% Fake; 41% Inactive; 28% Good (out of 10 Million+ followers)

  • @ladygaga - 31% Fake; 40% Inactive; 29% Good (out of 28 Million+ followers)

  • @TheEllenShow - 28% Fake; 39% Inactive; 33% Good (out of 13 Million+ followers)

  • @KimKardashian - 26% Fake; 36% Inactive; 38% Good (out of 15 Million+ followers)

  • @justinbieber - 25% Fake; 36% Inactive; 39% Good (out of 27 Million+ followers)

  • @NICKIMINAJ - 25% Fake; 41% Inactive; 34% Good (out of 14 Million+ followers)

    • Now I'm no mathematician (hell I only know how to calculate discounts) but a) I find it funny that Lady Gaga has more followers than the President, b) Britney Spears has just as many followers as Barack, if not more, and c) just goes to show that these celebs may have less followers than they think. Ginkies!
