Oscar buzz continues to swirl around Eddie Redmayne for his portrayal of real-life transgender woman Lili Elbe in the upcoming film, The Danish Girl.
Now, a new trailer released gives us a deeper look at some emotional moments, including Elbe deciding to undergo gender reassignment surgery.
Elbe was one of the first people to ever transition, and did so at the risk of being jailed or even institutionalized.
The film comes out on November 27, but for now watch the powerful new trailer below.
