Today In Gay: Golfer Patrick Reed Calls Himself "F**king Faggot" After Missing Putt, "Looking" Season Two Premiere Date

After having to make three shots to sink a ball at the WGC-HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai, China on Thursday, pro golfer Patrick Reed chastised himself by saying "Nice fuckin' three-putt you fuckin' faggot."

The comment was caught on camera, and the PGA Tour issued a statement saying its  regulations prohibit the use of obscene language on the green. "The PGA Tour will deal with this matter internally in accordance with its regulations.”

Reed later apologized on Twitter, stating "my passion to play well got the best of me and my word choice was unacceptable."

It is expected he will face a fine.

Actress-activist Laverne Cox has been named Glamor magazine's woman of the year.

"So much of the year I've had is historic, but this is a moment that is bigger than me," she said in her profile. "I meet people who say that my role has given them the courage to say, 'This is who I am,' and, 'I can transition and be successful and be out as a trans person.'"

The Gay and Lesbian Services Organization of Lexington filed a complaint back in 2012 when Hands On Originals refused to print the shirts.

A network spokesperson calls the series, which will debut early next year, "a raw and honest look at American politics through an incredibly unique and compelling candidate."

ICarl DeMaiot's been three days since the election and we still don't know if gay Republican Carl DeMaio has won his race for Congress in California.

NBC San Diego report puts his opponent, current Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA) ahead by 861 votes for the highly contested 52nd District. After polls closed on Tuesday, DeMaio was ahead by less than 1,000 votes.

A final winner won't be announced until Monday.

DeMaio is still dogged by allegations he made sexual advances on several male staffers, including a former aide who said the candidate masturbated openly in front of him in his office.
