What We Can Expect From "Queer Eye" Season 2

The show will dig deep into religion, says interior design guy Bobby Berk.

It was announced Monday that Netflix's hit Queer Eye reboot will return for a second season, but how will the next batch of episodes be different? Creator David Collins and Bobby Berk, the Fab 5's interior design expert, dished to Variety that they'll continue to seek out diverse people to help.

"You’re going to be seeing a lot more different people than you did the first time," Berk says.

Season 2 will also tackle religious themes more aggressively.

"There is an episode that we really go in deep on religion," Berk added. "You definitely see the hearts of people we’re working with change and you see the hearts of an entire religious community change."

"The storylines continue to break down those conversations and surprise you," Collins adds.

But whether or not they'll revisit fan favorites like Tom remains a mystery: "We love each and every one of our heroes," says Collins. "Who knows if we get to check back in with them or not?"
