Hearing the reactions of Academy Award nominees tends to be very boring and polite and kind of a waste of time. They had no idea the nominations were today! They were sound asleep! Their agent texted them! They are so honored!

Snooze.

So thank God for Benh Zeitlin, director of Beasts of the Southern Wild, who revelaed to EW.com how he and his pint sized star Quvenzhané Wallis celebrated their Oscar noms today.

Zeitlin said; “Right now what we’ve been doing is trying to jump back and forth on the bed as many times as possible. That’s what I used to do with my sister when I was growing up and she is my new little sister. This really is a miracle. I don’t think anything like this has ever happened before. She deserves every bit of this and she is just a miraculous human being. I can’t believe it!”

These two are just the best.
