Caitlyn Jenner Reportedly Joining "Real Housewives"

Would she fit in with the Housewives?

Rumors are afoot that Caitlyn Jenner will soon be joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Jenner's show, I Am Cait, was canceled by E! after two seasons. But as Naughty Gossip points out, E! and Bravo are both owned by NBCUniversal, making a transition to the Housewives franchise somewhat easier.

The former Olympian is readying her memoir, The Secrets Of My Life, for release later this year, and screen time would likely boost sales. It would also make her brand more distinct from ex-wife Kris Jenner's series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, E!'s flagship show.

It wouldn't be the first time Housewives has invited trans personalities into the series: Model Lauren Foster appeared on Real Housewives of Miami, and actress Amiyah Scott (Star) was invited to join the Atlanta cast but reportedly left when she felt she was being pushed to act too provocatively.
