Not content to ceded the limelight to Bruce Jenner, Kim Kardashian revealed she is pregnant again in a supertease following last night's mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The clip shows Kim getting the news during a doctor's appointment.  "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"  a smiling Kim exclaims to Khloe.

The current season of KUWTK has followed Kim's efforts to give North West a little brother or sister, including fertility treatments and "exhausting" bedroom sessions with husband Kanye West.

"We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try," she told E! News earlier this month. "It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'"

Kim added, "But we're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me. And maybe that's when they say it happens."

We're not sure when the scene was filmed, or how long Kim has been pregnant, but we're sure every little details will become headline fodder in the weeks to come.
