It's true! Prolific actress and Arabic-speaking trendsetter Lindsay Lohan finally finished her community service, and woke up this morning to her first probation-free day in over seven years. Good for you girl!
TMZ reported the news this morning, noting Lohan provided proof that she served the full 115 hours of community service she was required, plus an extra 10 hours for good measure.
According to her paperwork, Lohan served 8 hours a day for several weeks working with Brooklyn Community Services and the Ali Forney Center, a shelter and services advocate for homeless LGBT youth in the city.
Two weeks ago, she documented her community service on Instagram:
Looks fun!
Letters submitted to court show the Mean Girls star served 57.5 hours at the Ali Forney Center, stuffing gift bags and organizing the office. According to Lohan, the service made her feel "fulfilled" and, according to AFC, she demonstrated a "responsible and professional demeanor."
On Instagram, Lohan thanked her supporters. "Hard work pays off," she wrote. "Thank you to all those that allowed me to volunteer while in nyc. God bless you all. Amen."
God bless you too, Lindsay! Now get out there and get back to slaying.
