"We don't have time for you.  It's about me," says Richard Simmons defiantly to his conservative host, Neil Cavuto.  "You look so handsome today, I can hardly handle not climbing over this desk," he continues, clearly trolling the ultra-conservative "news" network.

In what was supposed to be an interview about how to drop your post-Thanksgiving pudge, Simmons winds up talking about his past as a bullied kid, his friends with eating disorders, and his life as America's "jester."  Is this a perfect example of culture jamming or is Richard Simmons just... kind of awkwardly amazing?

Despite the interview being a little uncomfortable, Simmons spouts some real wisdom.  "When you get another day on this earth, don't fill it with blindness.  Fill it with kindness," he says fighting off tears.  And then he attempts to give his host a big smooch.

"You have a lot of issues," says Cavuto.

What a hero!
