Ricky Martin On Being A Single Dad: I Can't Bring Home Different Men Every Night
Ricky Martin is probably the hottest single gay dad on the planet, with twin boys Valentino and Matteo born in 2008 through surrogacy.
But the singer has opened up to the Sun about the sacrifices that go along with being a lone parent, especially when it comes to sex and dating.
"We're all men. It's in our DNA to go for it," Martin explains. "But I have two boys and I cannot bring different men every day into my house."
In terms of what he requires in a boyfriend, Martin prefers a real "connection."
I am single now after seven years. I meet people. I'm fine. I meet very handsome men. I like to have a conversation, looking into someone's eyes and finding out their sense of humor. I'm not saying you have to be an Adonis, but you have to connect.
We're confident the line to hook up with Martin is around the block, but the singer is a romantic at heart and would eventually like to marry.
"For me that paper is important. I also love the romanticism behind it."
