Road-Raging Homophobe Invokes Trump, Threatens Bicyclist, In Orange County

"If there wasn’t any witnesses, you know what I’d do to you? I’d pull Trump on ya."

Donald Trump's consistently violent and hate-filled rhetoric is unsurprisingly inspiring bad behavior in others, as evidenced by a recent road-rage video that has gone viral this week.

The footage was shot by a bicyclist who was being yelled at by a driver, later identified as Orange County resident Ryan Lewis, who apparently wasn't sharing the road.

"What are you gonna do? Put it on tape?" Lewis is seen asking in the video. "Surfer against a queer, huh? Is that what you’re gonna do, tough guy? You’re not so tough, are you, small guy?”

Lewis continued his homophobic rampage, and that's when he revealed just how much Trump has influenced him.

"I oughta smack you so f*cking good," he said. "If there wasn’t any witnesses, you know what I’d do to you? I’d pull Trump on ya."

He went on to call the cyclist a "f*cking faggot” and told him he's a "f*cking dead man walking."

The video instantly went viral, leading Lewis to quickly and publicly apologize on CBS local news the next day.

“I’m just an old surfer, knucklehead, and I do apologize for using the words that I used,” Lewis said.
