Robbie Williams Bleeds Gold For New Album, "Heavy Entertainment Show"

More men should wear body glitter.

English pop star Robbie Williams is looking better than ever in the cover art for his brand new album, Heavy Entertainment Show.

The 42-year-old singer/songwriter announced yesterday that the album, his first since 2013's Swings Both Ways, is due out November 4.

Heavy Entertainment Show will feature collaborations with Ed Sheeran, John Grant, Rufus Wainwright, Guy Chambers, and The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers. According to Breathe Heavy, Williams has even already shot a music video for the lead single.

Williams told Beats 1 radio during an interview that he's been working on the album for three years.

"[I] was musing over the phrase ‘light entertainment’ – all the huge TV shows from when I was a kid, 30 million people watching them, this huge shared experience of these moments called light entertainment," Williams said of conceiving the album's name.

"Sometimes it can be levelled at people in a bad way, but for me that’s heavy entertainment. That’s what I’m hoping to do with this album – to have a shared experience with millions of people through the medium of light entertainment…but on steroids."
