Roseanne Barr took a tumble in San Francisco this week that left her with a broken kneecap.

The legendary comedian was visiting her son in the city's Golden Gate Park when she slipped, and the accident is requiring her to undergo surgery that will keep her off her feet for the next three months.

The Roseanne star shared a series of tweets that chronicled the incident, including an intense photo of her swollen knee.

Barr may be able to help heal some of the pain through her use of medical marijuana, something she's currently using to help get her through another condition she's already struggling with.

The comedian revealed last year that she is going blind because of an eye disease and she uses weed to help her through the process.

“I have macular degeneration and glaucoma, so [marijuana] is good for me for that because I have pressure in my eyes," she said. "It’s a good medicine for a lot of things."

Roseanne airs weekdays on Logo.
