Ricky Martin Will Shake His Bon-Bon on "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars"

He is "Livin la Vida Loca" in the new Season 5 trailer.

You know which queens will be competing on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 5, as well as the shocking lip-sync assassin twist that awaits them. So what tea could be left to spill about the new season? The celeb guest judges, of course!

RuPaul and Michelle Visage don't want to be lonely up there on the judges' panel, so luckily for them Ricky Martin will shake his bon-bon as the first guest judge on the new season of All Stars. The "She Bangs" sensation won't be the only celebrity to sit on the judges' panel.

The other sickening stars who will join the judgy Judies this season are: Tessa Thompson, Madison Beer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Nicole Byer, Sarah Hyland, Tommy Dorfman, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, Bebe Rexha, Jane Krakowski, Sam Richardson, and Todrick Hall.

In case you need a RuFresher, the 10 queens who will be vying for their spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame are: Alexis Mateo, Blair St. Clair, Derrick Barry, India Ferrah, Jujubee, Mariah Paris Balenciaga, Mayhem Miller, Miz Cracker, Ongina, and Shea Couleé. Notice that, like Latrice Royale and Manila Luzon from All Stars Season 4, Jujubee and Alexis Mateo will be returning for their second chance on All Stars after competing on Season 1.

And that shocking twist Ru alluded to is at the end of each episode, RuPaul will name a top all star of the week. That queen will then lip sync for her legacy—not against one of the other girls in the competition, but against a lip sync assassin from a previous Drag Race season.

And that’s not all.

If the all star wins the lip sync, she’ll get a $10,000 tip and the power to eliminate a queen of her choice. If the assassin wins, a bottom queen selected from a secret group vote will get the chop, and the $10,000 will roll over until a top all star wins a lip sync.

Y'all gagging yet?

Back in February, it was announced that the new season of Drag Race All Stars would be sashaying over to Showtime, which is part of the same ViacomCBS family as Logo and VH1. However, there were scheduling and programming adjustments due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, so All Stars Season 5 will stay on VH1.

Logo will be airing a marathon of every All Stars ever starting Saturday, May 30, and RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 5 will premiere Friday, June 5 at 8/7c on VH1.
