Aquaria Shares Pride Beauty Secrets in New “Vogue” Makeup Tutorial

"The world is coming to an end," says the "Drag Race" fave. "Just add more color."

Aquaria, who advanced to the final four this week on season 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, paints her face pretty for Pride in a new Vogue makeup tutorial.

With cosmetic colors named Unicorn, Electric Rainbow, and Weekend Barbie, how can she go wrong?

“The look we’re going for today is kind of Christina Aguilera ’Lady Marmalade’ meets just a giant flower patch,” explains the 22-year-old queen, who devoured the reference library while studying women’s wear at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

“A lot of my influences when it comes to drag come from the New York City club scene, with people like Susanne Bartsch, but also with tons of pop stars and pop culture icons like Lady Gaga, Madonna—wow, I’m a typical gay boy.”

Aquaria may cheer when she pees clear, but her sparkly mug is anything but. “The world is coming to an end,” she says. “Just add more color.”

She also shares pro tips like putting Vaseline on the lips before applying lipstick: “Don’t be kissing no boys, no girls, with a crusty, crusty mouth.”
