How To Prepare For The "RuPaul's Drag Race" Super-Marathon

Get ready for Logo's "Runway to 100" marathon of every single episode of "Drag Race" EVER, starting March 3.

Stop the presses: Logo running a RuPaul’s Drag Race super-marathon of every single RPDR episode ever.

Beginning March 3 at 7pm, see every queen, every runway look, every challenge. This is the stuff Drag Race dreams are made of!

But the "Runway to 100" marathon requires planning: You don't just plop down to watch 99 episodes of Drag Race. Fortunately, we're here to help with a handy guide to preparing for the ultimate binge-watch experience.

Cancel your plans

Channel your inner Bianca, and say, "Beat it, Queen!" Use a personal day. Don't call in sick, call in sickening.

Gather provisions

If you’re in it for the long haul, you need snacks. A two-pound jar of Tic Tacs ought to suffice. An occasional spoonful of peanut butter is also good. For protein.

Assemble your crew

A Drag Race marathon is best enjoyed with your squirrelfriends. (No Spreppers. Heathers only.) Group text your besties and invite them over for a proper viewing party. If they want to bring a hostess gift, a bottle of Absolute and enough straws for everyone is always winner.

Stretch

You’re going to put on heels at least once during the Runway to 100, so be prepared: Work those hamstrings and calves. Even if you don't, it might be a good thing to get up from the couch and walk around the room every few hours.

Create an itinerary

Season One is a special treat—you can just Logo and chill, sip cocktails and kiki. From then on, there are lots of fun ways to stay engaged: For Seasons Two through Four, you can play along—devise your own at-home Snatch Game or drag out your elderly neighbor. Make a puppet!

Season Five is time for a drinking game. (We like to do a shot every time Jinkx says "Water off a duck’s back.")

For Seasons Six and Seven, do the runway challenges using household objects—toilet paper, oven mitts, old issues of Men's Health.

Plan your look

Do a costume change AT LEAST once a season. Sequinsed gowns are always appropriate, but RuPocalyptic headpieces are a must. Remember, you're born naked and the rest is Drag Race.

Stock up on RuPaul merch

RuPaul is a serious career girl: records, fragrances, chocolate bars—you name it, Ru sells it. (When is she going on QVC, anyway?)

Name your space

The Gold Bar. The Interior Illusions Lounge. The Main Stage. If your living room doesn’t have a proper title give it one, for drag’s sake! Think of how flazéda you'll look when you invite someone to join you in the Platinum Extravagance Suite (or the Merle Ginsburg Memorial Theater). Pure class.

Check your equipment

An uncharged phone, delinquent cable bills or dead batteries in your remote could be devastating.

Remember, you need to be able to take Instagrams of you and your squad kiking through every episode. (And you'll want to rewind at least twice every time the Pit Crew comes on screen.)

Don't f*ck it up!

Pick your Snatch Game character

You can learn a lot about a person from who they choose to impersonate. We've already claimed Courtney Love, but Ruth Bader Ginsburg is still up for grabs.

Choose your catch phrase

If you're watching every episode of Drag Race ever, you're no longer just a viewer, you’re an honorary contestant. Contestants need a catch phrases—whether it's "Party!” "Absolutelyyyy!" or "Echa pa lante!" Keep it simple, don’t over use it and deliver it with confidence.

Ours is “gü," instead of "girl." Let's make it happen.
