“RuPaul’s Drag Race” Recap: Season 9, Episode 10, “Makeovers: Crew Better Work"

Mother tucker.

It is a week later and the queens are still not over the elimination of Valentina.

On the latest installment of The Pit Stop, Season 3 winner Raja sits down with her sister—and Drag Race superfan—Raven to discuss Valentina's dramatic exit and what happened on the latest episode—including their rapidly evaporating patience with Nina.

"Girl, buck up. What did you think you were walking into?" Raven asks.

After the Season Nine queens are finished giving another pep talk to Nina, they move onto this week's main challenge: giving the Drag Race crew members a drag makeover.

"I know every single one of them," Raven answers when Raja asks if she personally knew any of the crew members being made over.

Raven recounts her first time getting into drag, and also how important a good tuck is—especially to Trinity Taylor's new drag daughter.

"Trinity prides herself on her tuck and she wanted to see her baby girl do the same," Raja says as they recall the scene where Trinity gives a painful crash course in tucking.

"You should be able to tuck and tuck well," Raven adds.

When it comes time to talk about Nina and Shea's lip sync, Raja comments on how so many queens this season look like they are just giving up on the mainstage instead of really selling their performance.

"What is it about this season? That keeps happening," Raja wonders.

"It's kind of like saving face," says Raven.

Do The Pit Stop queens agree with Nina being asked to sashay away? Who are they rooting for to take home the crown and what was Raven's first tuck like?

Find out those answers and more in a new episode of The Pit Stop below.

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 9 airs Fridays at 8/7c on VH1.
