"Drag Race" Herstory Lesson: Relive Disco's Wildest Nights At Studio 54

On this newest episode of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars the queens catch disco fever as they are tasked with creating an outfit perfect for a night out at Studio 54.

But just like last week's "Snatch Game" impersonations, some of the children watching at home might not be familiar with the legendary New York nightclub that was the place to party back in the late '70s and early '80s.

To understand how much of a scene Studio 54 was, scroll through the photos below that show mega superstars like Liza Minnelli, Elton John, Elizabeth Taylor and Andy Warhol dancing the night away in disco heaven.
