'RuPaul's Drag U' Dictionary: Volume 1

The premiere of this season's RuPaul's Drag U was, as predicted, just as inspiring as it was chock full of campy, cartoony fun. It's like What Not to Wear meets America's Next Top Model meets My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding, and then taken up a notch (or twelve). It is simply the hippest reality show around, and if you've been worried about all that drag queen lingo going your head (or wig), then consult the Dragtionary (you know we had to call it that) and you'll know all the answers:

D.P.A.: Drag Point Average, a contestant's overall average based on scores on appearance, performance and attitude.

Draguation: The graduation ceremony for the three contestants, where one has the chance to achieve top honors and win amazing prizes!

Drag Lab: The place where all the drag magic happens--this is where the contestants learn everything from walking in heels to lip syncing for their lives, all taught by the drag professors (all former contestants and winners of Drag Race).

Dragulator: A highly advanced piece of machinery that has the ability to predict one's drag name and persona (Ru has done a great job keeping this one hidden from the U.S. government--who knows what could happen if it got in the wrong hands??).

Dragnificent: "Magnificent, with glitter on top".

Be sure to tune in next Monday, 9pm/8pm central, only at Logo!
