It was all about queens meeting queens on RuPaul’s Drag U this week, as former beauty queens who have seen their glory days fade turned to some helpful drag queens to spice up their looks and their lives. But who had the best transformation?
Qween was a former beauty queen in Ohio, but had become sad and a bit critical. Though she didn’t agree with Ru’s outfit choice and gave Professor Willam some lip, she was still able to transform into Sashay St. James.
Julie was Homecoming Queen back in the day, but had lost her sparkle. Then Ru stepped in and out came Diamante Lamour.
Tamara was a former Miss Arkansas who now spends her days dressed in Uggs and turtlenecks. Thanks to a Drag U intervention, she is now vamping as Denita de Ville.
