Ruth Bader Ginsburg: "I Wasn't 100% Sober" During State Of The Union

RBG admitted she got crunked on some "very fine California wine."

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is already our favorite Supreme Court Justice, but the Notorious RBG's latest confession makes us love her more than our luggage: At an appearance at George Washington University, the 81-year-old jurist confessed she "wasn't 100% sober" during the President's recent State of the Union address.

Cameras had captured Ginsburg nodding off during the speech, the results she says of a dinner with the other SCOTUS justices—including "the very fine California wine" that Justice Anthony Kennedy brought.

"In the end, the dinner was so delicious it needed wine," she said.

She also revealed that she got a call from one of her granddaughters when she got home.

"Bubbe, you were sleeping at the State of the Union!" Ginsburg recalled her saying.
