Glenn Close Getting Involved In Ryan Murphy Project—But Which Show?

Could she pop up on "American Horror Story" or "Feud"?

Ryan Murphy took time out of his busy schedule to join Instagram last week, and immediately started using the platform to tease us about his next projects.

The Hollywood super-producer posted a photo with Glenn Close with the caption, "One of my dreams is to work with this legend and I'm gonna make that dream come true!" The simple sentence sent fans guessing which of Murphy's many series the Tony-winning actress could appear on.

Some wonder if Close will be joining the seventh season of American Horror Story, adding the star power it lost when Jessica Lange departed. Others are hoping to see her in the next installment of Feud, perhaps playing Queen Elizabeth. (The season will focus on the public battle between Prince Charles and Princess Diana.)

For now, nothing has been confirmed. But while you wait, there are plenty of other tidbits Murphy is dropping on Instagram to whet our appetites: He gave us a tease of the election-themed American Horror Story Season 7, a disturbing drawing of an elephant. (Perhaps a dig at the Grand Old Party's mascot?)

Murphy's first post on Instagram last week was from the set of The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, with Max Greenfield on set standing next to Darren Criss, who plays Andrew Cunanan.

Greenfield's role has yet to be announced, but he joins Édgar Rarmirez (playing Versace), Penélope Cruz (as Donatella Versace) and Ricky Martin (Versace’s longtime partner Antonio D’Amico).
