Ryan Reynolds' Biceps Are As Big As His Head In The New "Men's Health"

And his workout tips are totally doable ?

Blake Lively's husband is looking fine as hell on the new March 2016 cover of Men's Health magazine, and equally handsome in an inside spread that puts his unbelievable biceps to good use.

The 39-year-old Deadpool star talked about the pain he felt after losing his father to Parkinson's disease late last year, how his new baby daughter James has changed his life, and how he's switched up his workout routine now that he's pushing 40.

"Get outside, move my body, get some fresh air pumping through my lungs. That's my idea of a workout now," he said. "I never did stuff like that back in my 20s, but I’m that guy now. I’m the guy doing calisthenics. I’m doing jumping jacks and deep knee bends. I work out like a British person."

Beyond his physical workouts, Reynolds added that getting used to a baby around the house is a certain kind of workout in itself.

"During those first six months, it's amazing that you find a way to keep going," he said. "Just the lack of sleep, and the hallucinations. Fuck peyote. You want to trip balls? Have a kid and see what it's like to be awake for a month straight."

"You'll have moments where you're like, 'Did I really ride a unicorn to work? I'm pretty sure I didn't, but I don't know."
